Términos y Condiciones de Reservación

Al proceder con el pago de los asientos seleccionados en su carrito, usted acepta conocer y cumplir las siguientes políticas de operación y servicio de Moose Adventure tours:

• Precio por Asiento (Plaza): Cada unidad agregada al carrito equivale a un (1) asiento físico dentro del vehículo para el tour seleccionado.

• Cupos Mínimos de Operación: Para garantizar la salida de nuestros tours compartidos, se requiere un mínimo de pasajeros (4 para Vancouver / 5 para Victoria). En caso de no alcanzarse el mínimo en la fecha seleccionada, se le notificará con anticipación para ofrecerle una fecha alterna, un tour equivalente o el reembolso del 100% de su dinero.

• Horarios y Puntualidad: Los horarios de recogida mostrados son tentativos. Nuestro equipo lo contactará previamente para confirmar la hora exacta y el punto de encuentro según la logística del día. Contamos con una tolerancia máxima de 10 minutos en el punto de encuentro; pasado este tiempo, la unidad continuará su ruta para no afectar el itinerario del grupo y el servicio se considerará como No-Show (no presentado) sin derecho a reembolso.

• Políticas de Cancelación: * Tours locales (Vancouver / Whistler): Cancelación sin costo hasta 24 horas antes del inicio del servicio.

  • Tours con cruce marítimo (Victoria): Al involucrar reservas de ferry y entradas prepagadas, la cancelación sin costo se limita hasta 48 horas antes del servicio.

  • Las cancelaciones fuera de estos plazos no serán reembolsables.

• Seguridad y Actividades a Pie: Para tu total tranquilidad, nuestras unidades cuentan con seguros comerciales de cobertura amplia aplicables estrictamente a bordo del vehículo. Al descender de la unidad para disfrutar de los parques, atracciones, caminatas y tiempo libre, el cuidado personal y de sus pertenencias corre por cuenta de cada visitante. Recomendamos a todos nuestros viajeros contar con su seguro de gastos médicos internacional para cualquier eventualidad fuera del transporte.

• Responsabilidad a Bordo: La empresa no se hace responsable por objetos personales olvidados dentro de las unidades. Asimismo, cualquier daño severo o suciedad extraordinaria causada de forma negligente al vehículo por parte de los pasajeros incurrirá en un cargo de limpieza o reparación que se cobrará directamente a la tarjeta registrada.

• Fuerza Mayor y Modificaciones: Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar la ruta o el orden de las actividades debido a condiciones climáticas adversas, cierres carreteros, retrasos mecánicos en los ferries o cualquier situación de fuerza mayor ajena a nuestro control, priorizando siempre la seguridad de los pasajeros.

• Información de Contacto: Es indispensable que el cliente proporcione un número telefónico válido (con clave internacional o WhatsApp activo) al momento de realizar su pago para asegurar la correcta coordinación del servicio.

Booking Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with the payment for the selected seats in your shopping bag, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following operating and service policies of Moose Adventure tours:

• Price per Seat: Each unit added to the shopping bag corresponds to one (1) physical seat inside the vehicle for the selected tour.

• Minimum Passenger Requirements: To guarantee the departure of our shared tours, a minimum number of passengers is required (4 for Vancouver / 5 for Victoria). If the minimum is not met for your selected date, you will be notified in advance to offer an alternative date, an equivalent tour, or a 100% refund.

• Schedules and Punctuality: All listed pickup times are tentative. Our team will contact you prior to the tour to confirm the exact time and meeting point based on daily logistics. We offer a maximum grace period of 10 minutes at the meeting point. After this time, the vehicle will proceed with its route to avoid delaying the group, and the service will be considered a No-Show with no right to a refund.

• Cancellation Policies: * Local Tours (Vancouver / Whistler): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the service.

  • Tours with Ferry Crossings (Victoria): Due to ferry reservations and pre-purchased admission tickets, free cancellation is limited to 48 hours before the service.

  • Cancellations made outside of these timeframes are non-refundable.

• Safety and Activities on Foot: For your peace of mind, our vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance coverage applicable strictly while on board. Once guests descend from the vehicle to enjoy parks, attractions, walks, and free time, personal safety and the care of belongings become the sole responsibility of each visitor. We highly recommend all travelers carry international medical travel insurance for any eventualities outside the vehicle.

• On-Board Responsibility: The company is not responsible for personal items left behind in the vehicles. Furthermore, any severe damage or extraordinary dirt caused negligently to the vehicle by passengers will incur a professional cleaning or repair fee, which will be charged directly to the credit card on file.

• Force Majeure and Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the route or the order of activities due to adverse weather conditions, road closures, mechanical ferry delays, or any force majeure situation beyond our control, always prioritizing passenger safety.

• Contact Information: It is mandatory for the customer to provide a valid phone number (including international country code or an active WhatsApp account) at checkout to ensure proper coordination of the service.
